Weekend Relax...
Hey Yall-
It's Friday! Time to kick up your heels and relax :)
Everyone relaxes differently.
Maybe to you relaxing means:
Hittin' the club wit' yo' girls,
or
Gettin' yo' spade, Uno or domino on
with some friends,
You might have a get together to celebrate life,
or chill by yourself-
cuz it's a blockbuster night...
Maybe this might be the time to try
some of the 50 million products you buy :)
Maybe it's:
hangin' out and gettin yo' study on-
or cookin' for your man
since on the weekend-he's home.
However you relax,
and what ever you do-
enjoy your weekend and be safe too!

I am going to be playing the cultured diva role this weekend and will be MUSEUM HOPPING in Houston. I can't wait to see the Buffalo Soldiers Museum and the Holocaust Museum. Enjoy your weekend everybody!

You do the same, I'll respond to your previous post concerning black women crossing over to ex-slave master descendants under the guise of, "he was nice" or "only the thugs approach me" or "I don't see color when dating" upon further thought. Actually, there’s no better time than the present.
Clarification, I've never dated a white woman. Long ago, my mother told me she’d rather I’d be gay than marry a white woman. Her frame of reference is growing up in racists Hazen, AR, so I understand. Prior to going to SMU for my undergraduate work, I’d never placed myself in the position to date a white woman. In addition, the black football players flaunted white women so much, to the dismay of sistas, it began to solidified my belief that dating black women was the only way. After all, how can you say you won’t date a woman who looks like your mother, granny or sister?
However, dating and marriage are two totally different things. If either of my daughters or son brings a white fiancé home I’d consider it a blatant disregard of my diligent work to make their lives better. In fact, I’d consider it their attempt to walk out on the legacy I established. Love whomever, just make sure its because you fell for them, not because you don’t date within your race because you can’t find someone who identifies with your way of living, being or any other excuse you chose to use for justification. Funny thing is all of the so-called love black women/men have for the white men/women they care for would go out the window the moment he/she calls them Nigger in a heated argument.
Black women are always the FIRST choice, as well, they should be…
Sorry for the rant, I won’t be in the club, I’ll be working, studying for the GRE.

I was on the phone talking to someone in Philly and had Philly on my brain-
I am in TRENTON, NEW JERSEY
for the Trenton Jazz Festival.
